Pathetic

I have ordered body paint on the 25th May and did not receive any feedback about my order until I called them on the 30th May and was told they awaiting stock. Called again on the 31st and informed I need the order by the 3rd June the latest. On the 1st was told there is not stock of the item I ordered and they managed to get me a 24hour paint instead. I said okay as long as it comes before or on the 3rd. Still not tracking number until I emailed on the 2nd. The order is on route to me but will only get to me on the 7th June. I need it for the Royal show which ends on the 5th what will i do with it on the 7th. I have been trying to call and theres no answer . Why didnt the website say Oos I would have ordered somewhere else
