Our company bought a Samsung S20FE in November 2020. We had endless problems with connectivity with our service provider Telkom. Returned the cellphone in October 2021 to Ralph at their office in Sandton Towers with reasons , for warrentee repair/ replacement. Despite a number of phonecalls and WhatsApp messages with them and lots of unkept promises we still do not have the phone we paid for. Transcripts of all communications are available if anyone wishes to confirm the above. David ,Operations Director.

20 Jun 2022, 21:37Needless to say no response at all from Future Telecoms to date. Now it's the 20th June and despite promises made by Aziz they still have my phone and my money since last October....hardly ethical behaviour. Draw your own conclusions.
