Does Future Telecoms Really Exist???
Ordered a cellphone from Future Telecoms and paid via PayFast. Immediately received an order confirmation but since then have received no communication from them regarding my order. In spite of calling (voice mailbox full), emailing and even going to their offices in Sandton (nobody there), I have been unsuccessful in getting any information about my order.
I am attempting to reverse the charge on my credit card which was used to pay PayFast.
With all the complains online for this company, PayFast should ban them from using their pay services.
