Rental security deposit

I rented a house via future estate property in Florida Plaza. The rental agreement was for 6 months, from June to December. December I notified them that I not renewing my lease and I'm moving out on the 20th. I moved out on the 14 December instead, left the house in a condition that was in when I moved in, I even sent pictures to them showing them the state of the house because no one could come to take the key. I was instructed to leave the key at a salon close by their office which I did and informed them. January they reopened on the 8th, a week later I texted them enquiring about my security deposit and they sent a form to fill and I had to submit it together with my banking statement, ID copy and Proof of Account. I was promised that it will be repayed after 14 working days. Till today nothing. The lady that I communicate with keeps giving me the run around saying she will send POP but nothing it 3 months now and they do not bother communicating with me, I'm the one who has to ask them about my money. Mind you, the owner of the house almost evicted me because for 3 months, he did not receive the rent money since I was instructed to pay it into their account.
