Star rating should be zero. We ordered hockey bags for our u/14 hockey team that competed in the Noordvaal tournament. Order was placed on 4 June and 50% deposit paid, subsequently the full amount was paid as well. After many many promises of delivery over a two month period the tournament came and went without any bags being delivered. Even after that we were again promised that the bags would be ready, we said we would collect and a time was arranged for collection at their store in Wilropark. Upon our arrival we were informed by store staff that this was the first time they were informed about the bags. Calls to the factory by store staff went unanswered. The owner promised that she would “get back to us” When we requested a refund we were told by the owner that the accountants would decide on the amount to refund after deducting a cancellation fee, this after they could not produce a single bag as proof that any work had been done! And how is it that the business owner hides behind her accounts department for decisions about refunds and good moral business practices? This business is seriously *********** and I would advise anyone not to get involved with this company at all.
