Bad bad service from Future She-eo / SM Spirtswear

I ordered 2 sports ( javelin) bags on 30/4/2022 and paid in full on 1/5/2022. Initially I was informed by owner Lorraine that it will take 7 working days until delivery. Office number is out of order so I corresponded with Lorraine via whattsapp. She doesnt give feedback or answer messages and its almost impossible to get info and updates from her. On 17 /5/2022 I went to Roodepoort to collect the bags just to be informed telephonically by Lorraine that they are not ready, but that she will personally deliver it to me the following day in Pretoria, as she has a meeting to attend in Pretoria. On 25 /5/2022 after many more unanswered messages she informed me that it will now take another 14 to 21 days for my order and not 7 days as initially said. I was also told to send e-mails to the company if I cannot get hold of her, as the Companies land line is out of order. This I did on numerous occasions, and I did not get a reply on any of my e-mails. Once again there was no feedback from Lorraine and I at this stage requested her to cansell my order and refund me, as it was clear that the bags were not made. She refused a refund as the bags were already in production line. Many unanswered messages later I was informed on 3 /6/2022 that bags are on the way to courier company and that she needs the addres for delivery. Again many promises that it will be delivered 'today' still, but she could not give me the details of courier company so I could follow up and arrange a time to be at home to receive parcel. Eventually the bags were delivered on 13/6/2022 but bags were to small. I informed her immediately ( the same day) that the bags were the incorrect sizes and sent her photos that javelins cannot fit into the bags. She undertook to inform the factory immediately and that she will rectify this at her Companies expense.. She told me to keep the bags and she will immediately re-order the correct size bags. After 13/6/2022 again no feedback from Lorraine ... On the 24th of August 2022 she informed me that the bags were not made as yet, because they were busy with a big order from ' SA Schools' and that all machines were busy with this SA Schools order , but that they will attend to my order on 25 August 2022 once a machine is available. Again mo feedback from Lorraine while my numerous messages remain unanswered. It is today more than 20 weeks after I placed my order and paid in full, yet no bags.... Beware when you order from this Company, as they insist on immediate payment in full, when you accept the quotation but then they fail to deliver the goods.
