Very unhappy client Bryanston executive cars

On the 27th of September 2024 we bought a car from Bryanston executive cars. Will waiting for delivery at the branch the car went for roadworthy, so they said. 20 minutes later the car was back. There was a dispute that the vehicle can not be delivered because of the deposit that does not show in their account. Signing all the paperwork and a checklist of the vehicle to state the vehicle is ready for delivery. We left there 18h30 that evening after being there since 14h00. We were very disappointed going home without the vehicle. We were promised as soon as the money is available in their account the next morning they will deliver wich was Friday.

The next morning we phoned and they told us they are busy cleaning the vehicle, they will deliver at 10 am. 10 am came and went, no car. We phoned again asking what is going on and they promised it for 12 o'clock the same day. 12 o 'clock came and went, no car. We phoned the finance company and asked them to step in. The garage phoned and said the vehicle will be delivered at 15h00. There again nothing. 16h40 they delivered the vehicle.

I was told by the salesman to make a list of things I am not happy with. I did that the same day shortly after delivery. After I have send the list they told me I have to fix it myself. Taking the vehicle for a test drive for the first time the wheel alignment is out it is pulling to the left with vibration on the steering wheel. The ABS does not work. Light always on. Driving the car the vehicle goes into limb mode after excelerating at a robot or even on the highway. The chrome dash surround keeps on falling off when I change gears wich makes driving dangerous.

Right front door, right rear door door panels are loose when you try to close the door you sit with the grab handle in your hand and the door is still open. Trying to fill up at a petrol station was another nightmare. The release catch from inside the vehicle does not open the flap. Someone must pull the inside and I have to put a ***** driver in at the flap and help it to open. The rear tyres profile is much higher than the front. The Monday morning I went to the licence office in Benoni where they told me the car went for Roadworthy in June and not the Thursday the 26th of September 2024. I then booked the vehicle for a Roadworthy test where the car failed. I contacted Bryanston executive cars and gave them the news. There was emails back and forth. Now the permit has expired. I still do not have a valid license and number plate for the car. Part of the roadworthy test failed was left front lower control arm and right front lower control arm. Where the left one is worse that is why the vehicle is pulling to the left. Bare in mind I had the vehicle for 3 days and executive car's manager said I have done this to the vehicle myself to make them look bad. My question is what do I do now?
