Useless Company

Administration errors resulting to disconnection of vehicle with no follow ups. The service has been absolutely ********** since inception a month ago.

Was never sent a contract until numerous attempts and having me wait at a dealership for hours.

Was in an accident 5 days after receiving the vehicle, and the person who answered the road side assistance thought joking with collegues was more important than a client who has been in an accident (Had to phone countless times before he acknowledged me) - Lets also mention no one knows what the process seems to be when in an accident for claims
