*Zero Stars - AVOID FUTURE RENT AT ALL COSTS*

"Future Rent is an absolute nightmare. Their customer service is non-existent, and their business practices are predatory. I've been trying to get in touch with them for months, but their phone lines are perpetually ringing, and emails go unanswered.

The only thing they're efficient at is deducting payments from your account. But don't expect any updates, support, or basic human decency. Their silence is deafening.

The lack of transparency and accountability is staggering. They'll promise you the world, but deliver nothing but frustration and disappointment.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT trust Future Rent with your business. They'll take your money and leave you high and dry. The Ombudsman and legal action are my next steps.

Save yourself the agony and avoid Future Rent like the plague.
