ANNOYED AND VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER....I CAN'T BELIEVE BUSINESS ARE SUCH ******

My worker enquired about the chickens we needed at the farm and he want given information as to how much the chickens will be and also how much delivery will be for the chickens to be delivered.

Then later we were told to pay for Insurance and that was paid then i was ignored for days regarding payment of which i was told chickens have been vaccined and that i should pay insurance money of which is refunded upon delivery and it was paid and told they'll deliver the very next day.

I've been ignored for days now and i told my worker to be incontact with them and make sure he finds out where the farm is at so that we can go, he did and he was told vaccine money should be paid so they can deliver, all these payments weren't mentioned prior to any payments paid nor explained in the quote i received and the way they were so persistent i do believe that was supposed to be an eye opener for being aware that something isn't right

I write this with s much frustration and the arrogance of that person you can't even get hold of them through the number they have on their website, i want my refund, 100 chickens paid for and it's affecting my business, i am beyond angry.
