My experience with Motor Lease was a mixture of professionalism and some disappointing challenges.

My first point of contact was Sibusiso, who was extremely professional, thorough and helpful throughout the contracting process. He made the initial experience smooth and straightforward, which I genuinely appreciated.

However, one major challenge was the lack of clarity regarding the first payment requirements. Unfortunately, this affected my ability to secure the vehicle I originally wanted, leaving me with limited options. Due to vehicle availability and logistical challenges, I found myself having to settle for a car I had never intended to drive for an extended period.

Another concern was the lack of internal communication, which created unnecessary anxiety and uncertainty throughout the process. As a client, I would have appreciated more transparency, proactive updates and better coordination between departments.
