LOOK NO FURTHER

The rent to buy options can be scary and seemingly one sided. When approaching FML I was reluctant, skeptical and DESPERATE. companies that offer this option seem to play on that and extract exorbitant amounts from the South African consumer who NEEDs a vehicle but is not ready to be approved by the banking institutions. This is not the case with Future Motor Lease! So when I initiated the agreement, I was a couple of thousand short of acquiring the car that actually drew my attention to this company. I was then introduced to another model which would be just for a few weeks and about R1200 cheaper that the model I wanted as I need a car for work purposes. The car had issues that I reported and after several frustrating attempts to have the car at an acceptable standard through patience and constant professional engagements, and empathy. I was distraught to find out that the initial option I was looking for was sold (understandably so) and was weary to continue with the agreement for a sustained period of time. But the senior management team insured that I felt comfortable with the option of keeping my current car and insured the safety standards are met and exceeded! Now I am actually saving money and using a reliable car for work and personal requirements! The first 30 days after signing my agreement were touch and go, but without the harrowing experience of the first few days, I would not of appreciated how good Future Moto Lease actually is. I reported issues with my vehicle and the company truly went above and beyond to try timeously sort my issues out and even involved senior members is their departments to insure follow through. I want to send out a special appreciation message to Sabelo, Tina, Warwrick, Elvis, Funeka and the other team members who were involved in the insuring of my niggles being sorted and reassuring me that I am making the right choice!
