WORST ONLINE COMPANY TO BUY FROM OR SUPPORT

Consider not to do business with this company at all. Placed and order on 02 May 2022, wrote two emails (to all their email addresses on their website) after that to enquire, no delivery or response AT ALL!!! I don't think that should be the way to treat customers that keeps your business alive especially taking the economic situation in our country. Where is the management of this company? Coincidentally, I made a purchase from TAKEALOT on 04 May 2022, parcel was delivered and even collected this morning due to replacement requirements
