Struggling to get a refund

Purchased lightbulbs from, was too big to fit into the lights. Send them back via courier. Got acknoledgement that they did receive it back in perfect order, sealed in packages. But struggling for 2 week now to get feedback on refund. All i get it we will refer it to the accounts department.
