Future Light not so bright.

Placed and paid for an order the 14th of January '23. Received no feedback and had to enquire about it the 24th of January '23. Was told the order would leave on that day. The 30th I enquired again, and decided to cancel the order, which was suddenly with the courier. The 4th of February '23, I had to contact them again concerning the refund. I sent them the details needed and have not heard anything from them up to now (13th of February '23).
