Future light efficient service

Ordered 5 m 12V LED strip lights from Future Light in August 2019. The order was delivered promptly and without delay. I subsequently installed the light around November and we made use of the light over December. This weekend I switched the light on and the last meter suddenly was not working. I contacted them this morning via email and soon got a reply apologizing for the inconvenience and that they would send a replacement ASAP .
