Best Product Return Policy ever!

Every time I've ever written to inform them of a product failure, they've replaced the product without question or hesitation. This last time, with two strings of outdoor LED lights, they even sent a courier to collect the lights (at their expense) so the supplier could examine them - and then replaced them within days!

I cannot ask for better customer service, or more confidence in a supplier.
