Not happy at all

Hi guys I am really not happy with this company Thando the agent tells me that admin fee to rent an apartment is R2000 every 6 months but where I go it's R500 now she took my stuff to her storage which is R300 per day from the 1st I'm telling her I'll fetching them today she's says I need to make an arrangement and charging me extra for the days I didn't agree on .she evicted mid month before giving me enough time to find a place which against the law for the rental tribunal.she really is abusive
