HORRIBLE BUSINESS RUN BY EVIL HUMAN called Clement Letsoalo

I hired Future Create Solutions to do decorative screeding in March 2026, and what followed has been nothing short of a nightmare. One month and three weeks later, the project is still unfinished, with absolutely no acceptable explanation.

I wondered why he changes his company names, but I guess it's all clear now.

The workmanship is horrible. The screeding is uneven, poorly finished, and nowhere near the standard promised at the start. It looks rushed, careless, and completely unprofessional. This is not decorative screeding — it’s a mess.

The biggest issue, however, is the owner, Clement. Once payment was made, his interest in fixing the problems disappeared entirely. Instead of taking responsibility or correcting the obvious defects, he has been chasing other clients while leaving my project incomplete and substandard. Calls and concerns are ignored, and there is zero accountability.

This company shows a complete lack of professionalism, integrity, and pride in their work. If you value your money, time, and peace of mind, do not use Future Create Solutions. I deeply regret hiring them and would never recommend them to anyone
