Really bad attitude.

Spoke to the "receptionist" and was greeted with a stroppy militant attitude with unnecessary sarcasm when all I was looking for was assistance regarding a solar geyser installation. Oh and to top it all off I got the phone thrown down in my ear.

If she'd worked for me I'd have fired her or placed her in a back office far away from any potential customers.

Avoid at all costs.
