Damage Car

Good day

I write this message with mixed emotions, firstly I was so ecstatic that I had won the full valet car wash for my car. However after receiving my car yesterday I am highly frustrated and upset to see my vehicle came back with a damaged door panel.

The unprofessional response I received was appalling about my car being old hence it was damaged is completely unacceptable, my car was in a good condition when I had dropped it off and while in your possession it was damaged. Furthermore the consumer rights act requires you to use reasonable s**** and care while carrying out work. The fact that my vehicle was damaged while in your possession is evidence you failed to take reasonable care of it. I did not receive an apology but excuses about the vehicle being old when I contacted the manager/owner to report the matter.

Kindly advise how we can successfully resolve this issue.
