Buying Cars from Dealerships

I bought a car from them on terms and traded in my old car. They helped me with the deal and when the money was paid into their account a week later I wasn't happy about the car they didnt wanna help me. They never took the old car off from my name and I signed the yellow paper to take the car from my name and they didnt. I got fines that's on my name but it's from the car I traded in. They treated me bad in the sense of not helping me get that car and fines from my name. I will never advise anyone to buy a car from them. The new owner of my car that I traded in, got hold of my number and said how bad his experience with them was.
