Unhappy

I went on holiday mid July to IL Signor William Brauns in durban there's a breakage amount of R1500.00 which I had to pay prior and its to be refunded within 30 days of departure but to date I have not received it and when I send email I get no response and when I call they say they'll get back to me. I am not happy with their service thus far because its way after 30 days which was stated on their letter.
