Futura Sport Agency - Failed to refund fees paid

Futura Sports Agency (Pty) Ltd is an South African based international sports management agency. Opportunity arise for my brother's son, 'Boela Delport' to attend a high-performance cricket camp in 2023. Cost involved R58,800.00 We've started with arranged payments in August 2022. Payments were made in August, September & November 2022, for total of R18,460.00. Payments stopped in December, due to a work obligation for Boela that started in January 2023, could not attend the camp anymore. Numerous emails were send to explain our situation, to ask for a refund. Numerous phone calls were made to Paddy Steyler, the response every time were, he will look into the refund. Till today, we have no positive feedback or response on the refund. Will you be able to assist us on getting a refund on feed paid?
