Withdrawal issues

My wife is trying to withdraw provident money from Futura with out any luck.She is trying to withdraw for the past 3 months every time she get to talk with a Salt consultant they tell her they await on Futura to release the funds. You can't get ahold of them by phone nor emails,can you please assist.
