Non existent business and professional ethics

I was referred to Ms Frame by a broker, assured that I would receive the best service. I explained to Ms Frame that I am clueless when it comes to medical aid. I clearly and in detail explained to her my specific needs. 1. to see an optometrist at least once a year and get a new pair of spectacles, 2. to visit a dentist at least twice a year, 3 I cant have such expenses come from a savings account as it would become depleted within 2 visits. Ms Frame suggested a plan and assured that these emphasized needs are covered as an added benefit on the plan, even detailing the benefit amounts.
