Received half of my order and being ignored asking for refund

In May 2018 my order was confirmed and paid for R1599 for the "FO - Portable Wireless Mini Projector Home Theater Combo" We received the projector 3 months later and it is now 9 months later I still did not receive the tripod stand and screen. I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund because my order cannot be traced in any way. I received no feedback from them after even receiving just a read report. I am being ignored completely.

This company is a **** and no help is given to resolve this problem.
