Fusion Online is a ********** Company

Second complaint about Fusion Online which has not responded to my please for a total refund as Goods purchased online on 07 April 2018 have not been delivered.

Fusion Online mailed me twice (after very many mails in the period between April and September 2018) requesting a response) that the goods were being held up in Customs.

To the last "Customs mail," I responded that I was no longer interested in receiving the goods more than six months after having paid for them and have sent many mails requesting a full refund. To date, 25 October 2018, Fusion Online has not responded to my mails and the phone number on Fusion Online's website does not exist.

A truly reprehensible Company completely lacking in ethics.
