Purchased So Called Blinds from these ********s

I called Fusion Floors to quote me on Blinds for my Lounge. The so called Owner Sergio came out to measure etc... I told him i wanted blockout blinds and that they needed to block all light as i have a Projecter. He has NO Knowledge of what he is doing, but very smooth with his mouth so we trusted him to go ahead on his recomendations. We were told they would do fitment the Friday (once again big Talk) only to find them here the following Tuesday. When they were finished i went to have a look at the blinds and i cant tell you the shock of what i saw.They fitted roller blinds which i did not ask for and if i can describe it bluntly, it looks like two massive toilet rolls that can roll down. The edges were curling and the blinds had crease damage on them. I brought this to their attention and were told they would fix this. The Owner Sergio, never called me, and i ended up callin him. <br> Well heres the catch. He told me he will not Refund me and he is trying to hold his suppliers responsible for this. He himself admits how disgusting they look, Steer Far away as they are in it for a quick Buck.
