Fusion debt counseling

Cannot get a hold of this debt review company since August 2021!! Have emailed and called on *** with no response. I had queries the balances they had on their statement to me as it did not tie up to the actual statements received and no response from them. They overpaid on my car finance which concerned me as they would have kept on paying to my detriment. I paid off my last account myself and still cannot get a hold of them to issue my clearance certificate
