Undue threats and harassment

Even after having made an arrangement which has been confirmed by their Phumlile, which I have not deviated from, I keep getting emails that are tantamount to harassment from their Shavanee Kista by email almost every week threatening me. Extremely unprofessional and very frustrating considering there is an arrangement in place. This company must update its system to reflect any arrangement to prevent such.
