FURIOUS WITH FUSHION!

Surgery was done in 2021. Payment arrangement was made, this account has been settled an paid! We have sent all proof of payments to Fusion credit, I am told that they are awaiting feedback from Busamed Hospital. While we await feedback, we still receive HARRASSING emails threatening handover. Each time I follow up with Jushen from Fusion he says the emails are system generated and they are still waiting on BUSAMED accounts to rectify the issue but I should ignore the emails! This has been going on for years, never mind months. I am SICK of trying to get this issue sorted with NO URGENCY from Fusion credit or Busamed Hospital. Disgusting conduct of business!
