Un authorised debit order

On the 27 October 2017 i received an sms on my cell phone number which read "Dear Client, please note that your membership on Fusion Benefits is currently active, Queries ********** 332 ,Debit Ref TAYLIN". I immediately googled the company name because i realised i that i have never heard of them before. I concluded it must be one of these ****s so i ignored the text. This morning i wake up to get a notification from my bank showing a debit oder of R249 with my actual ID number as my reference. I am shocked that this company has all these details of me and i have never heard of them and they even feel they have power to debit money from my account without my knowledge.
