Woolworths account closure

I have tried to get hold of these people so many times over the last 2 weeks. No answer on their landlines neither emails. I just want to close my freaking Woolworth aaccount. Ive paid it up on the 20 May 2022 already but nobody comes back to me. But i can assure you the interest on this account is climbing
