Bad Service

I'm very disgusted with how Nedbank recoveries is handling my query. I have been sending email and trying to get help to settle my account, even sent 2 email but no answer. When you call the call centre the agents are rude and unhelpful. I'm trying to sort out this account but yooooooh.
