Worst and most unprofessional car service

So we waited 6 work days to have the internal fan on our Mazda 2 repaired. First recall corrections was done and service and then we waited for the magical resistor part repair the internal fan 6 working days from Tuesday 10 July to Monday 16 July all the time promised by the sale consultant that it will arrive when it did not. Monday 16/07/2018 we were informed the part had arrived and we can take possession of the car the next day just to get an e mail on the evening of 16/07/2018 to say that the resistor was replaced but the fan is still not working and now they want to take out the dashboard to see what the problem is for an additional R5000. My first problem is why were we told by the personnel at Fury Mazda that they can excellently diagnose the problems when we took possession of the car without the fan or pump for the windscreen fluid repaired, why didn't they excellently diagnose the problem right the first time and made us pay for replacing parts that did not fix the problem. And why where we constantly given false information on completion dates. We overpaid and in the end took possession of a car with nothing fixed. This has also now put us off buying a Mazda ever again or a vehicle from Fury. It is a huge inconvenience driving in a car in South African weather without a working internal fan. And through this whole process we tried to get in contact with the dealer principal at Fury Mazda to discuss our concerns with NO reply from him. Worst and most expensive car service experience ever.
