Waiting for service book

I bought a new Trailblazer from Fury GM Woodmead on 31 August 2015. At that time the registration certificate and service book was not ready for me to collect so I returned home (Mokopane, Limpopo) with a promise that both will be couriered to me ASAP.<br> <br> I received the registration certificate on 22 September but no service book. Since then I've sent emails and phone calls and every time I get a new promise that the book will be delivered within one or two days. <br> <br> The last 2 occasions that I phoned I demanded a tracking number but even that is followed up by a promise to send the tracking number before the end of the day and then again nothing.<br> <br> Can someone else help me get hold of my service book?
