Sold Car with Problems

I bought a brand new Chev Utility from Fury in Toti. After 4 months the aircon they put in failed and was making a noise. Instead of fixing it they sent me up and down giving me false adresses and saying I must go there. Eventualy they said I should go to the aircon suplier which I did and the problem was still there. Eventually my car broke down on the road and cost me R3000. Fury did not want to take accountability and sent me up and down still. I eventually told them to remove what they put into my car as they had sold me an inferior product. They said they'd pick it up from my work and still today I am still waiting. Ruan who I delt with was very rude and has never done what he said he'd do I then sent an email to a manager, David Lucien who still has not responded to me except for once on the phone. My car still has a problem and I have been ignored. this happened before my first service and now I have to take it to the second service and I am still waiting for them to either fix the problem or restore my car to what it was when I enquired to buy it and remove the aircon and put in the original system. <br> It is totally unnacceptable service.
