shocking experience!!!!!

My Polo VW was serviced at Northcliff on Beyers Naude Drive and my experience was SHOCKING TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!! Denise who booked in my vehicle did not even tagged my key infront of me and I was not updated with the progress of my vehicle. Problems with auth was made my problem.... handbrake was not adjusted. No one explained to me what was done on my vehicle. Received no invoice. I really dont even know in what condition my vehicle is....as far as i know they need to inform what was done on the vehicle, how much i have left on my brake pads? Tyres? Etc. On collection she said that i need to replace my wiper blades but it can only be done during the week....really!!!!! This is the most pathetic VW I ever came across!!!
