Sale of car with defects

On or about August 2015, I purchased a second hand Hyndai IX35 from above supplier. My sales person was Kundai whom I learn recently that he has since left the company. From the beginning the car had particular defects that I noticed shortly after taking delivery like, rubber securing the door for the rear passenger door lose, the knob to operate the front passenger window faulty, the aircon dictionary not functional, the wipers broken, the water to clean my window not coming through the pipes. I was asked to leave car with them for about a week wherein I borrowed another one to drive so long. To my disappointment they never fixed anything. They kept on saying Hyndai is ordering parts. I eventually took the car back and said once the parts are sorted I could bring it back. I then took cat for service in the interim and I raised all the issues with the dealership in Woodmead and even them they did not help me. They also pointed to me that this car has signs that it was involved in an accident. I need help to compel Fury Sandton to arrange fixing of these problems otherwise to cancel the deal.
