Non Refundable Part

I took my car to VW Northcliff to get my Golf GTI 6 Cabriolet side seals replaced. <br> <br> A consultant from the parts department quoted me for the side seals and a bunch of clips that he recommended I would need. Upon reviewing the quote I decided to look underneath my car to see where all the 24+ clips would because I was weary of the quote. So I went back to dealer and asked the consultant to come review the car. He then gave me another quote with less clips and adapters. <br> <br> I booked my car in the following day and a few hours after dropping it off I received a call that the car was ready, I met up with it a specialist who advised that I did not need any of the clips that I was sold.I returned the entire box of unused clips & adapters to the parts department but was told that the parts could not be taken back because they were ordered from Germany. So now I sit here with expensive parts that I will probably never ever use<br>
