Non-disclosure on sale of used vehicle

i purchased a second hand vehicle from Ford Fury Midrand in September 2013. There were a few issues with the vehicle and i wasn't sure what the reasons were, for example if i did not drive the vehicle for a day- it wouldn't start the next day. I found this weird as I was told when i purchased the vehicle that the battery had been replaced. I contacted Ford Fury and was ignored, after a few more attempts i gave up. I noticed the vehicle has a vibration over 100km/h even after taking it for alignment and balancing. To my surprise i took the vehicle in for a trade in in January 2015 and was told that the vehicle was previously in an accident. I contacted Nardus (dealer principal) at Ford fury Midrand and was told that could not be the case as all vehicles went through a HPI enquiry and i should bring the vehicle in for an inspection. I did, he was not available and i spoke to the used car manager Donald Brummer who confirmed the vehicle was in an accident as seen on the HPI enquiry. What followed was shocking
