No response after numerous emails

I have been receiving traffic fines and etoll bills about a car I don't own. I went to Traffic Dept and they told me the car is registered under my name by Ford Fury Sandton and financed by MFC. I contacted Nedbank and they don't have that car (Kia Rio) under my profile. I have sent Craig Absalom and his team emails but it's been almost 2 months and I still haven't received any response. A while ago Craig Absalom asked me to resend the document I got from Traffic Dept, which I did, and still I haven't received a response.<br> <br> I app**** for a car last year at Ford Fury Sandton and it was approved (Fiesta) but I decided not to take it. Clearly Ford Fury used my details to register Kia Rio that someone else bought under my name. Now I get fines for the car I don't own.<br> <br> I am very disappointed at Ford Fury as I bought a car from them before. I guess I will never buy from them again and will advise my family and friends not to since our details aren't safe at Ford Fury Sandton.
