New vehicle sold with defective tyres

I purchased a new car from Fury Ford in Amanzimtoti in June 2015. In Dec 2015, my car had its 1st service & I swopped the tyres around, rebalanced & did the wheel alignment. Immediately after my car began shuddering when I accelerated to just over 100km. I took the car back to the tyre fitment centre 3 times before they detected a factory fault on 2 tyres & referred me to the dealership. Fury Ford referred me to Tiger Wheel & Tyre to have the tyres accessed. I am a compliance officer and travel extensively hence the mileage on my car is quite high. The tyre rep confirmed a defect on 2 tyres and processed a 50% claim amounting to R1200. I had to cover the other 50% which I was naturally upset about seeing that I purchased a brand new car and should not be replacing tyres just after the 1st service and especially since a new vehicle was sold to me with defective tyres. I approached the Dealer Principal Mr Chilton Penery at Fury Ford to accept liability for the balance which he vehemently refused. I am extremely disgusted with Fury Ford's lack of customer after sales service &their practice of passing the buck this time to me the customer.
