New Ford Ranger with old seat & door panel

I bought my ford ranger (Brand New) from top gear Delmas and they received the vehicle from Fury Ford Fourways, when I got the vehicle from top gear I noticed that the rear left door panel was scratched a lot and the seat was second hand. I took it back to fury ford where it stood for 2 days and they only tightened 2 seat bolts. They did not replace the seat or door panel. I paid for a new vehicle. When I confronted them they said who is going to pay for this. The only thing I want done is my seat to be replaced and my door panel. The sales man from fury told me that the seat was used. This is unacceptable for a big motor company like Ford.I just want this fixed.
