Bought a Ford Focus RS from that at the cheapest price you could possibly get the for at the time in June 2017. Plus if you look across ford, this dealership always has the best deals across the range. But my review is not about their cheap deals. As all RS owner's know that there is a head gasket issue with the RS and a recall was issued. My engine had water leak into the Piston which damaged the engine and world wide the procedure would be to replace the engine. Ford didn't pick up on the fact water had leaked into the Piston and thought it had been because of the recall issue on the cylinder head. Upon following Ford's procedures and fixing the cylinder head, when starting the car up the engine still had the same noise which was caused by water in the piston. I was then told i would get a new Engine from Ford. Ford warranty as suspected wanted to go the low route and requested the engine be stripped for a second time and pics and damage report to be issued. Ford warranty then said because the cylinder head was already fixed they were only going to fix the other damaged part because other work had already been done when if it was picked up in the first place a whole new engine would need to be issued. i complained and took this up with Debbie and although ford warranty continued to be Shady and wouldn't help, Debbie helped get me a new engine from them. Ford as a company is shady but with Principal dealers like Debbie you can give them a chance! Thank you Debbie
