Failure to disclose hail damage & terrible service

Bought a demo Focus ST at the end of 2014, it took almost 4 months just to get the floor mats I was promised. (I live in Cape town) To top it off I recently discovered that there is no paint and bodywork warranty due to hail damage! The salesmen never told me about this, I am told he was fired. They agreed to swap it for another one after much back and forth negotiation. <br> My vehicle was collected last week Wed, Louise informed me that I should have my \new"vehicle this week. When following up on Monday morning I get told he is on training this week. Then I dealt with the Used car manager and was told it should be at their dealership today. It took ME to call the logistics company this morning only to find out that they are still waiting for an order number...so the car is not even at their premises and until such time it is they cannot dispatch the replacement vehicle. My car is my office and as it stands I still have no idea when/if I will ever receive it. Business with this dealership is a disaster and although they are a company that doesn't respond"
