<p>Very disappointed with VW SA </p> <p> </p> <p>I called VW SA to ask them what size engine is in a car i bought privately. I gave them all the vehicle details and the engine number. I get it the engine in the vehicle has been changed hut the engine in the vehicle still is a VW Golf engine. The engine is much faster than a 1.4i engine and i wanted to know what size the current engine is. After being shunted around from point A to point Z no one can tell me what size the engine is. Should u not be able to tell the engine size by the engine number or does VW not have a record of engines being sold? I think its ridiculous that no one can't or doeant want to help me. If anyone knows of a way to determine the engine number please can u help me ********** </p>
