very bad *********** service at fury vw

I am so furious about the incompetence at fury vw northcliff. from the time I bought my car iv been furious with vw. I took my car in at a vw in polokwane more than a year ago only to find that fury vw northcliff did not load that I bought a maintenance plan. I was greatly inconvenienced and I had to drive around with my petrol until they decide to load something that I paid for. Now on the 16th march 2015 I took my car to fury northcliff. I was so appalled by the service there. They are so rude and they look like they are unhappy. To summarise
