Terrible customer service
I first contacted VW Fury branch in Northcliff on the 13th July. I had two simple requests: that my service reminder light would be switched off (which it wasn't done after I had my vehicle serviced there a couple of weeks before) and that they email me a copy of the service for my records (I should have received the invoice after I had my vehicle serviced. After the first email I received no response. I had to send a reminder email on the 22nd July and again on the 24th. On 24 July I received an email saying that someone had left a voice message for me but this couldn't have been true because I didn't have a voicemail box at that time.

Thereafter, I sent another 3 emails (4, 11 and 13 August) in which I requested follow up-none of which were responded to. I was really reluctant to lay a complaint against VW Fury because in the past I have received outstanding customer service from them. But to wait over 5 weeks for a simple request to be resolved despite 6 emails (the last of which I even warned that if no action was taken I would complain formally) is simply unacceptable.
